You Need

  • 6 large chocolate muffins
  • 12 ounce container of vanilla frosting
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 12 chocolate-covered malt balls
  • 12 candy eyes
  • 6 chocolate Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
  • 6 mini vanilla Oreos
  • table knife

Directions

  1. Stir the cocoa powder into the vanilla frosting to make a light brown frosting.
  2. Use the table knife to frost the top of each muffin.
  3. • Press 2 malt balls into the frosting on each muffin to make ears for a ground hog.
  4. Press a chocolate Kiss into the center of the muffin to make a nose.
  5. Add a candy eye below each malt ball and above the nose.
  6. Spread a little frosting on one edge of each of 6 mini Oreos, then press the frosted edge of one cookie into the frosting below each nose to make teeth.
