Stir the cocoa powder into the vanilla frosting to make a light brown frosting.
Use the table knife to frost the top of each muffin.
• Press 2 malt balls into the frosting on each muffin to make ears for a ground hog.
Press a chocolate Kiss into the center of the muffin to make a nose.
Add a candy eye below each malt ball and above the nose.
Spread a little frosting on one edge of each of 6 mini Oreos, then press the frosted edge of one cookie into the frosting below each nose to make teeth.
